Weekly Meal Prep
Unlike a meal kit delivery, we customize the weekly meal prep service to your family's tastes and dietary needs. The process starts with learning your likes, dislikes and dietary restrictions. We include a variety of nutritious foods from local farms in our meal plans including seasonal vegetables and fruit, grass fed meat, eggs and raw honey and maple syrup.
You get meals customized every week to your unique tastes and requests, creating endless possibilities. You will have more free time to do the things you love. What better way to stop stressing over “what’s for dinner?” and take advantage of a stress free healthy eating plan each week.

Kathleen is a graduate of Maryland University of Integrative Health (MUIH). MUIH’s program is one of only two master’s degree programs in clinical nutrition in the U.S. to hold accreditation by the Accreditation Council on Nutrition Professional Education (ACNPE).
