Chef Kathleen delights in sharing her love of cooking and providing a unique learning experience with her nutrition education.  After your experience, you will be able to bring your knowledge home with you and into your kitchen to share with family and friends again and again.
We offer many culinary experiences, from cooking classes to private cooking lessons, for occasions including:

  • Connecting with your partner during a culinary experience for date night.

  • Gathering friends and family to celebrate a birthday.

  • Planning the perfect bridal shower for the bride to be.

  • Holding exciting team building events to connect your team.

  • Hosting bachelorette/bachelor parties to make memories with close friends.

January 14, 2020  Plant-Based Mexican Cuisine

Discover the process behind making delicious Mexican dishes come alive with flavor while learning to incorporate cashew and coconut milk to create luscious cream sauces and whipped cream.

Time: 2 - 4 p.m.

January 21, 2020 - Intro to Gluten-Free Baking

Eating dessert doesn’t have to leave you feeling guilty. Join us to explore using gluten-free alternatives to the desserts you love. We’ll show you that it is possible to cater to your dietary needs while enjoying the tasty goodness of your favorite sweet treats.

Smart Weekly Meal Planning

2 part series
1 hour of nutrition information, 2 hours of cooking

 

If you want to learn how to plan your meals for the week using simple ingredients, eating seasonally, while eliminating food waste, this comprehensive class is perfect for you. 1 hour of nutritional education is included to learn techniques on how to execute a balanced meal plan and shop wisely. 

Time: 5 - 8 pm

Cost: $125/person/class

January 28, 2020  -  Knife Skills

Knife skills are the foundation of good cooking, but so many of us don’t know the first thing about them. Learn the secrets to using your knife to prepare ingredients accurately and expeditiously. In this class, Kathleen shows you the correct way to dice, chop, and slice like a professional. These skills will transform your time in the kitchen (and help you avoid cutting your fingers :).   Be inspired and have fun while learning skills you can use in your own kitchen to ensure proper cutting and culinary presentation each and every time.


Time: 12 - 2 p.m. or 4 - 6 p.m.

Cost: $60/person
